Overseas application process
The overseas application process requires you to demonstrate that you are recognised in your acquired gender in a country or territory that is on the Panel´s approved list.
If your acquired gender has been recognised in another country and that country is on the approved list, you can apply using the overseas recognition process. If not, you will need to apply using the standard application process.
